Week 18 - Off to Cambodia

So after my motorbike adventure I got back to the hotel in time for my bus. Just.

There's not much to say on this one. It was full of locals, and it only took 6 hours. Easy. And they did all the visa stuff for me. So we got to the boarder, got told to get off the bus, waited for 15 mins while they sorted some visa stuff, got put back on the bus and settled. The bus then moved about 20 metres and we were told to get back off it. I love Asia. More visa stuff and then back on the bus and in Cambodia.

I remember thinking Cambodia was ever so green. The trees are tall and gracious.

I arrived at the last stop and jumped in a tuk tuk to my hostel. Settled in to my room and then headed down for some dinner. It was quite late by now. I ended up having dinner with a couple that we'd kept bumping in to all the way from Sapa. Every town we stopped in they were there as well. We'd had a quick chat with them in Saigon one day. So I had dinner with them, and they were going home soon which was in Vegas. So Phaedra and Anisha - I got their details and the y said they'll let us know best places to go for our wknd :)

The next morning I was picked up by the orphanage and taken the hour journey in to the middle of nowhere...
